  Meet Raechel Boston, founder of the Positive GrATTITUDE movement. Raechel was tired of seeing her social feeds flooded with hate and disturbing news on the daily so she did something about it!   Positive GrATTITUDE is all about being positive and sharing that positivity with the world.  

What Does Practicing Gratitude Do For Us?

According to Psychology Today, practicing gratitude has a positive impact on our brains. Studies show those who practice gratitude even on a weekly basis see increases in optimism.

Pumping our brains with good thoughts and an appreciation for our lives transforms what we have, what we are facing, what we are going through into an optimistic experience for us instead of a defeating one.
